FURBYSD RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY


1. You can return the selected products within 14 (fourteen) calendar days of the receipt/invoice, if the product is not the right size (except the made-to measure orders and pre-orders*), or if the product is wrong. If you wish to return the product, contact us via email at info@furbysd.com first. Please include your order number, purchase date and the reason for your return. After informing us about making a return of the garment, You must return it in the same parcel with the product you bought to the FurbySD without undue delay and in any case within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date on which you received the garment you ordered, however we prefer for our costumers to start the return of the items that is not satisfying within 1 business day or as soon as possible. The date can be tracked and indicated on the courier’s website.

2. In each case of the product return, you are obliged to:

2.1 Deliver it in exactly the same condition as received: intact, sealed, complete, unworn and without any damage.

2.2. The product must be returned in its‘ original packaging, including all the ancillary documents, tags, labels, seals, ID cards and etc.

2.3. Be careful while trying the garment on, while the makeup and perfume can easily be transferred to the fur and fabrics as either of these would deem the garment un-returnable.

2.4. The garment must be shipped back taking the same method it was received via DHL Express courier services.

2.5. Customer pays for the shipping, we do not offer a free returns service.

2.6. All the risks of loss or damage to the products during shipping has to be paid for by the customer fully, insurance for the shipment is highly recommended. We do not accept responsibility for items lost in shipping back to us.


3. Once the product is received, it will be thoroughly inspected.

3.1. If the item is received in the same condition, the customer will be refunded with 14 (fourteen) calendar days.

3.2. If the item has any changes or alterations mentioned above, it will not be accepted to return and therefore sent back to the customer.

3.3. The return of the money corresponding to the value of the products returned, will be completed within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the day we will take note of your intention to withdraw and we have received the returned products.

3.4. Delivery costs are not refunded.

3.5. Refunds will be credited to the original customer's method of payment.


4. *Made-To-Measure orders & Pre-Orders – garment made to client’s specifications and wishes. As made-to-measure orders are made to our customer specific measurements, while pre-orders are also made to the spicific measurements and only for the customer ordering it - they cannot be returned, it can only be adjusted to guarantee client‘s entire satisfaction. Measurements of the customer are always reviewed, agreed with a customer and they are treated from both sides as accurate. Because this is a made-to-measure order or pre-order, the customer must understand and agree that the garment made pursuant to his/her measurements and specifications may not be exchanged or returned as it is made only for him/her. These type of orders must be paid in full before receiving it.


5. The following items CANNOT be returned:

5.1. Merchandise that has been worn, damaged, or not in its original condition.

5.2. Merchandise for which an email requesting authorization for returns was not obtained within 20 days of delivery.

5.3. All merchandise marked 40% off or greater are designated as FINAL SALE, and cannot be returned.

5.4. Any garment, modified,  which had any custom alterations/additions/shortenings (i.e. sized, monogrammed, worn etc.) abused or missing tags will not be accepted for refund or exchange.


 6. NON-EU (outside the European Union) orders returns & refunds.

For orders outside the EU, You can return the selected products within 14 (fourteen) calendar days of the receipt/invoice if the product is not the right size (except the made-to measure orders and pre-orders*), or if the product is wrong but with some additional requirements:

6.1. Non-EU customers must notify us in advance when initiating a return to facilitate the process by contacting us via email info@furbysd.com Please include your order number, purchase date and the reason for your return.

6.2. Deliver it in exactly the same condition as received: intact, sealed, complete, unworn and without any damage. 

6.3. The product must be returned in its‘ original packaging, including all the ancillary documents, tags, labels, seals, ID cards and etc.

6.4. Be careful while trying the garment on, while the makeup and perfume can easily be transferred to the fur and fabrics as either of these would deem the garment un-returnable.

6.5. The garment must be shipped back taking the same method it was received via DHL Express courier services and insured.

6.6. Customer pays for the return shipping, we do not offer a free returns service.

6.7. All the risks of loss or damage to the products during the return shipping has to be paid for by the customer fully, insurance for the shipment is highly recommended. We do not accept responsibility for items lost in shipping back to us.

6.8. When a customer returns a product to us from outside the EU, their country's customs and import authorities may impose fees. These return customs and import duties (for non-EU countries) will be subtracted from the initial order price, and the customer will receive a refund for the remaining amount.

6.9. We are committed to providing refunds within 30 calendar days after receiving the returned product in its original condition, as it was sent to the customer.
